SHIPPING

We currently ship within Canada only.
All orders are shipped from Montreal, Québec within 5 days of order placement.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.

We use Canada Post for all deliveries.
Flat-rate shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As this is a limited 10-day pop-up event, all sales are considered final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the temporary nature of this online initiative and the small-batch quantities available.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the situation and, where appropriate, issue a voucher of equivalent value that can be used toward a future purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and tracking information has been provided.
